I recently had the privilege of being invited to participate in a panel discussion alongside some of El Paso’s top-producing real estate professionals, including Tom Torres, Matt Rice, Isaac Lightbourne and several other respected leaders in our industry. It was a reminder that in markets like the one we’re experiencing today, experience, collaboration, and professionalism matter more than ever.
The El Paso real estate market has entered a new phase. Gone are the days when simply placing a sign in the yard guaranteed multiple offers. Today’s environment requires strategy, negotiation, accurate pricing, and strong marketing.
Current market data shows that home values in El Paso have remained relatively stable, with median home prices ranging around $250,000-$275,000 and inventory levels hovering between roughly 2.8 and 3.5 months of supply. Homes are taking longer to sell than they did during the pandemic years, and buyers have become more selective as mortgage rates remain elevated. At the same time, inventory remains relatively limited compared with historical norms, creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers who have the right guidance.

These changing conditions are exactly why professional representation matters.
At Clear View Realty, our agents have always believed that real estate is more than transactions. It is about protecting families, maximizing equity, and helping clients make sound decisions based on facts rather than emotions. In uncertain markets, consumers deserve advisors who understand contracts, negotiations, pricing strategy, financing, and local trends—not just salespeople.
Our brokerage has built a reputation throughout El Paso by combining experience with collaboration. Instead of competing internally, many of our agents work together, share market knowledge, and support one another to provide better outcomes for our clients. That culture is one of the reasons so many families continue to trust Clear View Realty.
Whether you are relocating to Fort Bliss, buying your first home, upgrading to your forever home, or preparing to sell, having knowledgeable representation can make a significant difference.
El Paso remains one of Texas’ most affordable and resilient housing markets, and opportunities continue to exist for those who are prepared. Markets change. Principles do not. Professionalism, communication, integrity, and putting clients first will always matter.
As someone who has dedicated his career to helping buyers and sellers throughout El Paso County, I am grateful to stand alongside many of the area’s finest agents. Together, we share a common mission: serving our community with excellence and helping families make confident real estate decisions.
